quit [self(Teroclaw Hatchling:1416).dead]
Put this at the TOP of the instructions. This will end the Fight whever you accidentally start it with your Teroclaw Hatchling in the Perished column.

This strat and this fight using the provided script during bonus xp world event is literally the next best thing to super squirt day. Using safari hat and both treats, you can level 2 lvl 1 pets simultaneously to 25 in just 3 fights!

Strat still works wonderfully, helped me level tons of pets this week., The Emperor Crab/Mirror Strider strat is also very effective, but it kills 1/2 pets, and this one is quickly repeatable without healing most of the time. Saves LOTS of bandages.

I found it better to use Claw round 1 and if it doesn't get Rocklick below 1351 Claw again.
It means that you use an extra claw after swapping in the level pet(s) and before using dodge (Stoneform CD will be at 5 when you use dodge).
The advantage of this is that if you manage to get Rocklick below 1351 first round you take 1 less Waterjet (Unless I'm missing something)

When I started playing WoW again I made a personal goal to try and best each of the strategies on https://www.wow-petguide.com/index.php?m=Powerleveling. It's proving to be more of a challenge than I anticipated. This was my first time doing the Snail Fight since I started playing again a couple months ago after being away from wow for about a year. I spent a few hours testing this strategy. I was trying to find weaknesses, improvements, ways to do this or that better, etc. After exhausting the brain cells I have left, I've concluded that this strategy is about as perfect as one can get as of the time of this comment. My old strategy used Teroclaw, but blizz had nerfed it and changed everything. This strategy not only solved that, but it's also faster than my previous strategy. I really enjoy making strategies, trying to get them as close to perfect as possible in terms of speed/reliability. I've found it's quite rare that there isn't something that can be improved. This is my favorite strategy for this battle because I cannot find a single thing that could be done better/faster/more efficiently. Very impressed with the cleverness of the timings, the reduction of bandage requirements, even the TD scripting. This is top-notch intelligent strategy design. Thank you.

I got greedy. I had teroclaw, a lvl 1, and a lvl 21 maggot. Almost cleared with Teroclaw and then hit him once wtih maggot..YAY - two leveling.

First i want to thank to who created this page. Very good guides.
On-topic now:
This fight is very "economical" fight. You can level even 3-4 pets before using bandage or healing skill. Its very suitable for players that have short reserves of bandages. I used this tactic and kept as secondary pet a cat, beside the leveling pet. I was able to push even 8-10 consecutive fights without healing. Sadly didnt haved a lot of avaible time and only maxed around 25-30 pets today, i hope untill even ends, this tamer to repeat again.

Great how you don't need to use bandages on this as the birdie heals itself to like 85% which is good enough for the next run. If you have a few pets to level.

After doing this some time.. it seems if you start our birdie at 80% he ends at 75% for the next fight. Which for me; I heal at 80%. But I am sure he can run more without a bandage. Depending on the speed of the first enemies.

Yes, most of the time you should be able to do without bandages altogether.

Awesome strategy! And I was able to fit in a 2nd pet to level up as Teroclaw does really good here! Just swapped in the 2nd pet after turn 3!

Thank you. :)
Yes, here you will also find such a strategy + script for the fight with two level pets:
https://wow-petguide.com/?Strategy=2596
A note: The experience is halved in percent exactly. If you use two level pets, you need twice as many fights and the additional round for the switch makes it even negative. Two level pets are worthwhile only if you really need the halving of experience (for example, if you have several pets just before max level)
Veradico wrote on 2016-11-18 16:33:34
Slight change if you want to level 2 pets:
Turns 1+2 Ravage
Turn 3 Swap to your Level Pet-1
Turn 4 Swap to your Level Pet-2
Turn 5 Swap to your Teroclaw Hatchling
Turn 6 Dodge
<proceed as indicated>
Works every time.

This is built into the TD script that is written for the fight too. Worked awesome for the level 23+ pets I needed to level during pet week!

This is a very good strat and I know you usually give credit to whoever came up with a strat originally, so I thought you might want to know that I got it off WowHead.com where is credits Nyarella:
"By Nyarella (5,153 – 3·14·22) on 2016/10/12 (Patch 7.0.1)"
I don't see a post here that is prior to that date, so I am thinking that is where this came from.
Maybe someone that works on your site logs in as Nyarella on WowHead, but if not then, like I wrote above, I thought you might want to know.
Love your site, and do indeed appreciate all the hard work you have done and continue to do.

Your "skills" on this stat should be 1,1,2 not 1,2,1

Yes!
The correct Rematch String would be:
Snail Fight!:3639:11271C8:ZL:ZR0:P:::::1::

Fast 13 round win (unless you get stunned).
Any 2 of Clefthoof and/or Leatherhide Runts, both 1-2-/, I use B/B's but the H/H's will work fine.
Lvl1+ carry pet
Keep Trumpet Strike on cd and fill with Smash. Bring carry pet in when the 1st one dies then swap to the 2nd and continue as before.
TDScript:
standby [ enemy.aura(830).exists ]
standby [ self.aura(927).exists ]
change(#2) [ self(#1).dead & !self(#2).played ]
change(#3) [ self(#2).played ]
ability(#2) [ !self.aura(485).exists ]
ability(#1)

I was trying to complete my bloodgazer Team up, and started with
1. Bloodgazer Hatchling 2 2 2
2. Chrominius 1 1 1
3. Baby Elderhorn 1 1 1
Falcosaur wrote on 2018-07-07 03:03:15
Chrominius is dragonkin, not sure this would count towards bloodgazer teamup (2 beast). The other 2 pets were fine for battling purposes. The bloodgazer is what puts the team at a disadvantage.
